By using the Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast app, you agree to these terms. Tryarro Finance LLC ("Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast," "we," "us") runs the app. Plain English version: Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast helps you borrow a smaller amount from lenders in our network. We are not a lender, we are not a broker, and we never make credit decisions.
1. What Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast does
Tryarro: Borrow Money Fast sends your request to lenders who work with borrowers whose credit is less than perfect. We do not pick your rate, your amount, or your approval - the lender does.
2. The numbers
Amounts run from $200 up to $5,000; the exact figure depends on which lender picks up your request. Repayment terms fall between 3 and 36 months. APRs start at 7% and go up to 35%. If a lender charges a one-time fee, it is already included in the APR shown, which never goes above 35%. As an illustration, borrow $800 at an 18% APR across 12 months and you are looking at around 12 payments near $73, totaling close to $880. Your real offer may sit higher or lower.
3. No promises
Sending a request is not a credit application, and no offer, approval, or rate is ever assured. The lowest rate and the largest amount do not go to everyone.
4. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older in most states (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), live in the U.S., and give us accurate information. Lenders may add their own rules.
5. The lender, not us
Any offer on the table comes from a lender, never from Tryarro. If you accept, the deal you sign is between you and that lender. Read its terms first.
6. Where it works
The service is not available everywhere. Some states are not eligible.
7. Who is responsible
What a lender does, and every offer, rate, amount, or term on its side of the table, is that lender's responsibility - not ours.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Keep using the app after a change and you are deemed to accept it. These terms run under the laws of the State of Colorado, where Tryarro Finance LLC is organized.
